Elizabeth Roosevelt

Elizabeth Roosevelt currently serves as the Regional Vice President of Outpatient Services at UHS, a position held since November 2025. Prior to this role, Elizabeth was the Vice President of Physician and Provider Relations for Behavioral Health Services at HCA Healthcare from December 2015 to November 2025, where accountability extended to a national team focused on behavioral health stakeholder engagement and program development. Elizabeth held the position of Division AVP, Physician and Provider Relations - Behavioral Health at WestCare from July 2012 to December 2015, overseeing nationwide integration processes and the organization's managed care strategy. Earlier experience includes managing physician recruitment and relations at BayCare Health System and serving as Campaign Director for a capital campaign at St. Joseph's Hospitals Foundation. Elizabeth holds a Master of Science in Management from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Florida.
