Previously, Frank held the title of Chief of Psychiatry at Nashville General Hospital, where a system-based behavioral health service line was developed for diverse services ranging from inpatient to outpatient care. As Chief Medical Officer at Live Oak Mental Health and Wellness and National Medical Director of Behavioral Health at HCA Healthcare, Frank demonstrated strong cross-functional team leadership. Frank founded mimijumi, which was successfully acquired in December 2021, showcasing strategic leadership and interpersonal skills. Frank holds an MBA from INSEAD and an MD from the Medical University of South Carolina.
