Lisa Barrett, JD, SPHR, serves as the Senior Employment Counsel at UHS since December 2005, providing legal advice and counsel to company officers and executives within a national health care organization comprising over 80,000 employees. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Vice President of Employee Relations at Keystone Education and Youth Services and Employee Relations Manager at Children's Comprehensive Services, where Lisa managed employment law litigation, corporate compliance, and advised on various human resources matters. Previous legal experience was gained at Dobbins & Venick, focusing on corporate and employment law. Lisa holds a Juris Doctor from USC Gould School of Law and a Bachelor of Music from the University of Oklahoma.
