Mandy Rook

Mandy Rook is an accomplished compensation professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Associate Vice President of Compensation at UHS since November 2021, Mandy has previously held various key roles, including Corporate Director and Director of Compensation Operations. Prior to UHS, Mandy was with Vanguard, where roles included Sr. Manager of Total Rewards and Head of Sales Compensation. Mandy's career began at Mercer, where significant contributions were made as Principal in the Rewards Business, focusing on consulting services for various sectors, as well as managing client relations and retirement modeling. Mandy holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Lafayette College and has completed actuarial studies with an Enrolled Actuary designation.
