Robert Rooker

Robert Rooker currently serves as the Director of Plant Operations at UHS, overseeing the Environment of Care program for a 166-bed hospital and a Behavioral Health Outpatient Facility. With extensive experience in facilities management, Rooker has held key positions such as Director of Facilities/EVS at Crothall Healthcare, Facilities District Manager at PRIDE Industries, and Chief Engineer at Crothall Laundry and Linen. Rooker's career includes significant roles in managing operations for major organizations, including the J. Paul Getty Trust and luxury hospitality at The Four Seasons Hotel. Rooker holds a Doctor of Business Administration in Facilities Engineering Management from Innova University, a Master’s Degree in the same field from Harris University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from Charter University.
