Taba Pickard is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. At UHS, Taba served as Corporate Director of Human Resources, where responsibilities included leading employee relations and development initiatives. Previous positions include Human Resources Director at Saint Joseph's University, Talent Manager at Cancer Treatment Centers of America, and HR Associate Consultant at Drexel University. With a solid educational background that includes a B.S. in Communications and a Master of Science in Human Resources Development from Drexel University, Taba specializes in employee relations, engagement strategies, diversity and inclusion, talent recruitment and retention, and performance management.
