Erik Haveman

Erik Haveman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in healthcare and insurance. Currently serving as Acquisition Manager at UHSM Health Share since September 2018, Erik focuses on providing faith-based alternative healthcare options for individuals and families. Prior to this role, Erik worked as an Insurance Benefits Consultant at Aflac, where responsibilities included helping businesses save costs while providing valuable employee benefits. Earlier experience includes serving as Interim HR Manager at Pacific West Communications, Inc., along with a tenure at In-N-Out Burger as a cook and HR consultant intern. Erik holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from California State University, Los Angeles, and an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Ventura College.
