Molly Ransone

Molly Ransone has a strong background in technology and project management. Molly is currently working at UHSM Health Share as the Senior Director of Technology, where they have been since September 2023. Prior to that, they held the role of Director of Technology at the same company from September 2022 to September 2023. Before joining UHSM Health Share, Molly worked at Stand Together as a Senior Program Manager from May 2021 to March 2022. Molly also held various roles at Stand Together, including Development Operations Manager from July 2019 to May 2021 and External Affairs Manager from September 2017 to July 2019. Molly's previous experience includes working at Charles Koch Institute as a Program Coordinator from September 2016 to September 2017, Americans for Prosperity as a Senior National Recruiter from February 2015 to September 2016, TRAK Companies as a Recruiter from May 2014 to February 2015, Glocap Search as a Recruiting Associate from April 2013 to May 2014, and J.Crew as a Crewcuts Lead from September 2012 to May 2013. At J.Crew, Molly oversaw all children's merchandising, consulted with the corporate team, ensured customer satisfaction, and traveled to multiple locations for concept rollouts.

Molly Ransone holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication Studies from Christopher Newport University. Molly also has obtained a certification in Essentials of Human Resource Management from George Mason University.
