Dan is a partner at UHY Hacker Young and Head of the Audit department. He joined in December 2011 having previously worked for over eight years at another City firm.
He has a wealth of experience in auditing both listed and private companies across a range of sectors including financial services, natural resources, investment trusts and the general corporate market. Work of this nature tends to lead Dan to split his time between working with clients in the City of London and large, often international, groups across the UK and overseas.
Dan has assisted many companies with their admission to the London Stock Exchange through the IPO process. He has also undertaken financial due diligence projects in both the UK and overseas and has assisted clients with their conversion from UK accounting standards ('UK GAAP') to International Financial Reporting Standards ('IFRS').
Away from work Dan is a keen sports fan, enjoying most sports, especially football, cricket and rugby. He is a season ticket holder at Queens Park Rangers FC, while playing golf and running when his wife and children allow him the time out at the week
