Cindy Hannafey

Cindy Hannafey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management consulting and business transformation. Currently serving as the Managing Director at UHY Consulting since November 2012, Cindy leads initiatives at the intersection of people, process, and technology, collaborating with senior leadership to enhance organizational performance and operational excellence. In addition to a leadership role, Cindy represents UHY Consulting on the Board of Directors. Previous positions include Executive Project Advisor for various management consulting firms, Co-Founder of Lehan Partners, LLC, Consultant at Cynthia K. Hannafey, CPA, Vice President of Client Operations at Callaway Partners, LLC, and Financial Reporting Manager and Controller at The Coca-Cola Company. Cindy holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Kennesaw State University's Michael J. Coles College of Business and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Business Administration from the University of South Florida.
