Damien G. Falato, CPA, MST, CGMA, is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Managing Director at UHY LLP, Certified Public Accountants, Damien has also contributed as a faculty member at the Boston Tax Institute LTD. Previous positions include Tax Partner and Tax Director at Paresky Flitt & Company, LLP, Tax Counsel in a freelance capacity, and Senior Tax Manager at Caras & Shulman, PC. Damien holds a Master of Science in Taxation from Rutgers University - Newark and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Ramapo College of New Jersey.
