Debra Ritter

Debra Ritter has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Benefits Manager and Chief HR Officer at UHY LLP, Certified Public Accountants since August 1992. In this national role, Debra oversees HR initiatives across UHY’s US offices with a team of 13 professionals, focusing on M&A work and benefits management. Prior to this, Debra held the position of National Director of HR, collaborating with multiple offices to enhance HR processes and foster a consistent national culture. Debra also served as HR Director for two regional offices in Michigan and one in Atlanta, GA, while providing support to the corporate office in Chicago. Earlier in Debra's career, an administrative role was held at Meridian Bank from October 1986 to August 1992. Debra's educational background includes studies at Macomb Community College.
