Wenyu C. is a skilled professional with a strong background in business valuation and investment banking. Currently serving as a Business Valuation Associate at UHY LLP since January 2023, Wenyu specializes in valuing private-held companies and start-ups. Previous experience includes roles as an Investment Banking Analyst at ComCap, focusing on software mergers and acquisitions, and at Shasta Partners, LLC, specializing in technology M&A.
