Erasmus Pongo

Erasmus Pongo is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at United Insurance Brokers Limited since October 2022, Erasmus has demonstrated leadership in HR roles, including as Head of Human Resources at Memz Bites and Corporate Human Resources Manager at Top Priority Real Estate LLC. In the latter position, Erasmus was responsible for establishing the HR department, including systems and policies. Prior experience includes serving as a Human Resources Practitioner at the Office of the Auditor General. Academic credentials include CIPD Level 7 qualifications in Strategic Human Resources Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Great Zimbabwe University, along with a Masters of Commerce in HR Management from the University of Birmingham Dubai.
