Benjamin Fender

Benjamin (Ben) Fender is an accomplished program manager with extensive experience in military operations, project management, and subject matter expertise in defense systems. Currently serving as a Program Manager at UICGS / Bowhead Family of Companies since February 2022, Ben coordinates project plans and oversees staff performance. Previous roles include Program Management Analyst at Skylla Engineering, where Ben designed system architectures, and Project Officer at Marine Corps Systems Command, successfully managing over $100 million in modernization programs. With a background in the United States Marine Corps, Ben has held various leadership positions, including Operations Manager and Platoon Sergeant, demonstrating expertise in logistics, information management, and security. Ben’s educational background features an associate degree in Counter Terrorism Studies from American Military University.
