With a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Amberton University, Ira has demonstrated strong leadership and problem-solving skills in ensuring product quality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing customer requirements, driving operational improvements, maintaining regulatory certifications, training employees, and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency. As a Quality Assurance Supervisor, Ira leads a team to ensure high-quality products and adherence to safety requirements.
