Jay Davis

Jay Davis is currently the Group Director of Business Development at UICGS / Bowhead Family of Companies. Prior to this role, Jay served as Director of Business Development at S4 Inc. and Vice President with over 37 years of DoD experience. Jay also held positions at GDIT, the United States Air Force, and as Director of Programs at S4 Inc. Jay holds a MS in Management from Air War College, a BS in Management Information Systems from Colorado State University, and completed their education at Webster University.
