Crash Simulation Engineer III at UICGS / Bowhead Family of Companies

Tejas Ruparel is an accomplished Crash Simulation Engineer with extensive experience in automotive product applications and crash analysis. Currently serving as Crash Simulation Engineer III at UICGS/Bowhead Family of Companies since September 2021, Tejas previously held the position of Crash Analysis Lead at BosonQ Psi (BQP) from April 2023 to June 2024. At ArcelorMittal USA, Tejas contributed as a Senior Engineer and Engineer in Automotive Product Applications from May 2015 to September 2021, working closely with Ford Product Development Center on lightweight steel solutions and optimizing crashworthiness through rigorous simulations.
