Peter Thompson

Peter Thompson is a seasoned executive with a robust background in insurance and financial services. They served as Managing Director at HBOS, overseeing Retail Partnerships and General Insurance Distribution from 2005 to 2008. Currently, Peter holds multiple leadership roles, including Non Executive Director at Uinsure and Addresscloud, Chair at Open GI, and CEO/Consultant/NED since 2023. They have previously held significant positions at BGL Group, where they were Group Director, Insurance & Legal Services, and at Markerstudy Group as CEO of BGL Insurance. Peter earned an MA in Marketing Management from Lancaster University and completed a course in Competitive Strategy at Harvard Business School.
