Cosmina Schiau

Cosmina Schiau currently serves as the Global Donors Engagement Manager at UiPath Foundation since May 2024. Prior to this role, Cosmina was with Teach for Romania from October 2019 to May 2024, where responsibilities included managing corporate partnerships and supporting candidates throughout their journey in the program. Previous experience includes positions at Lidl România as an Employee Engagement Specialist, HP as a Partner Contract Management Specialist, APT Resources & Services as a Biz Management Center Supervisor, and Orange Romania in various roles including Customer Care Team Leader and Credit & Collection Representative. Cosmina holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from SNSPA and is a certified Global Career Development Facilitator.
