Geanina Moraru

Geanina Moraru is a highly experienced legal professional currently serving as Global VP of Legal Technology and Chairperson of the Responsible AI Team at UiPath since December 2017. Geanina leads the Product, Privacy, and M&A Legal Team, focusing on legal aspects of product readiness, technology alliances, privacy compliance, and intellectual property protection. Previous roles at UiPath include Global VP of Product Legal and Director of Contracting APAC, where oversight included regional contract review and compliance. Geanina’s expertise extends to leadership positions at Reff & Associates SCA and Clifford Chance. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Private Law and a Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Bucharest, complemented by a Development Program in Coaching.
