Dragos Apostu

Dragos Apostu is an experienced professional in program management and instructional design, currently serving as a Senior Program Manager for Sales & Partner Enablement at UiPath since July 2019. Previously, Dragos held the position of Learning Consulting Lead and has an extensive academic background as an Associate Lecturer and Research and Teaching Assistant at the University of Bucharest from October 2012 to May 2021. Dragos also gained valuable experience at Microsoft as a Technical Instructional Designer, where responsibilities included building online and virtual training courses, primarily for Azure. Prior positions include Learning and Development Specialist at BNP Paribas Personal Finance, Trainer & Instructional Designer at UEFISCDI, and Training Coordinator at CODECS. Dragos initiated a unique role as the CEO's Digital Reverse Mentor during the Digital Transformation Initiative at BNP Paribas Personal Finance. Educational qualifications consist of a Master's in Training of Trainers from the University of Bucharest, a Ph.D. in Administrative Sciences from SNSPA, and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from the University of Bucharest.
