Gerd Weishaar

Gerd Weishaar currently serves as GM and SVP of Product Management for UiPath Test Suite and has held various leadership positions across the technology sector. With significant experience at UiPath since May 2019 and as a Business Angel and Advisory Board Member at backbone.one since September 2020, Gerd provides strategic guidance to the energy trading market. Prior to these roles, Gerd was the Chief Product Officer at Tricentis, driving substantial revenue growth and employee expansion. Additional experience includes serving as VP of Product Management at update software AG, overseeing product development, and extensive roles at IBM focusing on business development and strategy in Power Systems and Open Source initiatives. Gerd's entrepreneurial experience includes founding mypaperlessbills Inc. Gerd holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Johannes Kepler University Linz.
