Jacob Schuller

Jacob Schuller has a solid work experience in the field of total rewards and compensation. Jacob started their career at Towers Watson as a Senior Actuarial Analyst in April 2012 and worked there until January 2016. After that, they joined Owens Corning as a Manager of Financial Benefits and later became a Total Rewards Leader for Compensation, working from January 2016 to December 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Total Rewards at UiPath since July 2022.

Jacob Schuller has a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Actuarial Science from The Ohio State University. Jacob also holds a certification as an Enrolled Actuary from the U.S. Department of Labor, obtained in 2016. Additionally, they have pursued an Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) certification from the Society of Actuaries. The specific year of obtaining the ASA certification is unknown.
