James Hunsicker

James Hunsicker is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales enablement and education. Currently serving as Senior Director of Sales Enablement at UiPath since October 2018, James leads sales enablement teams across AMER, EMEA, and APJ. Prior to this role, James held various positions at Dell EMC from April 2000 to October 2018, including Director of Sales Education and Enablement, where responsibilities included managing global sales force training programs. James also served as Senior Manager of Sales Education & Productivity, developing onboarding and training for over 10,000 sales employees, and as Market Development Manager for Global Alliances, overseeing marketing for EMC’s Software Developer Program. James began career as Channel Sales Manager at Platinum Technology, focusing on building indirect sales channels. Academically, James earned an MBA in Information Technology from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management, Economics, and Entrepreneurship from Gettysburg College.
