Monica Luca

Monica Luca is a Senior Product Manager at UiPath since May 2021, focusing on driving the development of specialized and generative models for document processing within SaaS and RPA contexts, as well as developing analytics for performance improvement. Previously, Monica held various roles at IBM from February 2017 to May 2021, including Technical Product Owner for SAP Commerce Cloud and Solution Architect for digital transformation projects. Early in the career at iQuest Group from February 2014 to February 2017, Monica worked as a Software Engineer on SAP Commerce projects. Monica holds a Master's degree in Software Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universitatea Babes Bolyai, and has also pursued studies at Harvard Business School Online.
