Radhika Adoni

Radhika Adoni is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and training within the technology sector. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager for Learning Alliances at UiPath since December 2018, Radhika has held multiple roles within the organization, including Program Manager for Industry Enablement and the UiPath Academic Alliance. Prior to UiPath, Radhika was a Trainer Engagement Manager at SpringPeople and worked at Cognizant as a Learning Executive, focusing on the identification and training of campus hires. Radhika began a career in education as a Lecturer in Computer Science at Kuppam Engineering College, where responsibilities included training students in both theoretical and practical applications of technology. Radhika holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Kuppam Engineering College, completed in 2008.
