Roxana Sandulescu

Roxana Sandulescu has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Roxana began their career as a Junior Associate at NNDKP in October 2011 and worked there until October 2013. Following that, they joined NNDKP again in December 2013 as an Associate Lawyer and remained in this role until October 2016. In November 2016, they joined UiPath as a Senior Legal Counsel, a position they held until May 2018. Roxana then became the Global Contracting Vice President at UiPath from May 2018 to January 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President Legal at UiPath from January 2021. Additionally, they will join Treefera in August 2023 as a Legal Advisor, contributing to the company's mission of transforming forest data and conservation for a positive future in the carbon market.

Roxana Sandulescu obtained a Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Bucharest in the years 2007-2011. In addition to their degree, they have acquired various certifications, including the UiPath Leadership Metamorphosis from The Trium Group in 2022, the Bucharest Bar Certification for Qualified Lawyers from the National Bar Association Romania in 2013, the C2 Proficiency Qualification (formerly known as Cambridge English: Proficiency (CPE)) from Cambridge in 2011, and the Diplôme d'études en langue française from The French Ministry for National Education in 2007.
