Simona Balan

Simona Balan possesses a diverse and extensive background in finance systems, process design, and project management, with significant experience at UiPath from October 2018 to April 2021, where roles included Director PMO and Senior Director, PMO. Prior to this, Simona worked at GENPACT as a Project Manager Team Lead and SOX Compliance Manager, and held positions at KPMG Romania and PwC as an Audit Associate and Senior Associate, respectively. Simona started a career in finance as an Economist at UHY International. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Bucharest, a Master Diploma in International Project Management from Academia de Studii Economice din București, and ongoing studies in Financial Audit through ACCA.
