Everson Zaczuk Bassinello

Everson Zaczuk Bassinello is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in risk management, compliance, and internal audit across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Membro Independente on the Comitê de Riscos e Controles Internos at uisa since April 2024, Everson previously held several leadership roles at Braskem from August 2016 to December 2024, including VP of Risk & Continuity and Chief Compliance Officer. Additionally, Everson coordinated compliance committees and contributed to governance and risk initiatives at Braskem Idesa and Cetrel. Prior experience includes significant positions at Fibria, Veracel Celulose S/A, and Votorantim Celulose e Papel. Everson holds an MBA from BSP - Business School São Paulo and has completed executive education programs at institutions such as Northwestern University and the University of Cambridge.
