Rachel Goldrich

Rachel Goldrich is an experienced professional currently serving as the Chief of Staff in the Office of the CEO at UJA-Federation of New York since July 2024. Prior to this role, Rachel worked as a Senior Consultant at Guidehouse from March 2022 to July 2024 and held multiple positions at UJA-Federation of New York from September 2014 to March 2022, including Manager and Senior Development Executive in the Wall Street & Financial Services Division. Additional experience includes a Project Associate role at Voya Financial and a Charity Administrator position at SoulCycle Inc. Rachel began a career in nonprofit management as a Program Director at the Jewish Community Relations Council of New York. Educational qualifications include two master's degrees from New York University in Public Administration with a focus on Nonprofit Management and in Hebrew & Judaic Studies, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from The George Washington University.
