Susan Solow-Dubin is an accomplished leader in Jewish community development with extensive experience in fundraising and mission leadership. Currently serving as Campaign Director for Westchester at UJA-Federation of New York since 2014, Susan has achieved record-breaking annual campaigns. Prior to this role, Susan worked at The Jewish Federations of North America, where responsibilities included leading national missions, increasing participant engagement, and negotiating significant funding contracts. Other notable positions include Managing Director at United Jewish Appeal and National Director of Development at The Jewish Theological Seminary, where Susan implemented strategic fundraising initiatives that resulted in substantial growth in donor contributions. Susan holds a Master’s degree in Jewish Community Organization from Wurzweiler School of Social Work and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from New York University.
