Praveen Kumar Naik

Praveen Kumar Naik, CISA, CDPSE, currently serves as the Head of IT Security at Ujjivan Small Finance Bank since November 2023, where responsibilities include developing and implementing a comprehensive Security Operations strategy and leading a team of professionals. Previously, Praveen held the position of Head of IS Audit at Jana Small Finance Bank from April 2020 to October 2023, overseeing internal audits related to IT, digital, and information security, managing audit activities, and ensuring compliance with regulatory mandates. Prior experience includes roles at Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Limited, Bandhan Bank, Punjab National Bank, and Vijaya Bank, where Praveen focused on information system audit, information security governance, and IT management. Praveen holds an MBA from Alliance University and a Bachelor of Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
