Rimjhim Kumari

Rimjhim Kumari currently serves as an Executive Trainee at Ujjivan Small Finance Bank, responsible for leading a team of 8-10 members to enhance productivity and quality performance while assisting in strategy organization and implementation. Previously, Rimjhim worked as a Sales Associate at Bharti AXA Life Insurance, where notable achievements included receiving a certificate of appreciation from the regional manager and recognition from the country head for outstanding performance. Additionally, Rimjhim held the position of HR Manager at Hero MotoCorp. Rimjhim completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Management with a focus on finance and marketing from the Indian Institute of Business Management Patna (2021-2023) and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the same institution (2018-2021), alongside an intermediate degree in commerce from Munshi Singh College, Motihari (2016-2018).
