Utkarsh Bajpai

Utkarsh Bajpai is a professional with a diverse background in human resources and customer relations. Currently serving as State HR at Ujjivan Small Finance Bank since July 2022, Utkarsh has also held the position of Assistant Customer Relationship Manager. Prior experience includes a summer internship at Ashok Leyland in July 2021 and a summer internship at RSPL Group from May to June 2019. Utkarsh holds a Master of Business Administration in Business/Commerce from Amity University, completed in 2022, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce in Business/Commerce from the same university, earned in 2020.
