Sam Bullen

Sam Bullen has an extensive work history in finance and audit roles. They are currently the Director of Finance at the UK Centre for Ecology & Hydrology (UKCEH) since 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Deputy CFO and Associate Director of Strategic Finance at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust from 2017 to 2021. They also held various finance positions at BP, including Head of Finance - BP Shipping, Finance Manager - Alternative Energy, Planning & Performance Manager - Carbon Management Business Unit, Performance Reporting Manager - Gas & Power Trading, and Financial Analyst - Gas & Power Trading from 2004 to 2017. Early in their career, Sam worked as an Audit Supervisor at PKF Chartered Accountants & Business Advisers (Australia) from 2002 to 2003 and as an Audit Senior at Bright Grahame Murray from 1997 to 2000.

Sam Bullen earned a BA in Maths & Astrophysics from the University of Cambridge, where they studied from 1993 to 1996.
