Lead Paralegal at UK Covid-19 Inquiry

Daniella Kirwan is a Future Trainee Solicitor at PwC UK since 2024 and currently serving as the Lead Paralegal for the UK Covid-19 Inquiry. Previously, Daniella has held key legal positions, including Paralegal at the Infected Blood Inquiry with the Cabinet Office and Legal Document Reviewer at the Serious Fraud Office (UK). Early career experience includes roles in hospitality at Olerio Group and involvement in student organizations at the University of Warwick, such as the Warwick Law Society and the University of Warwick Ladies Hockey Club. Daniella holds a Master of Laws in International Development Law and Human Rights and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Warwick.

UK Covid-19 Inquiry

This is the independent public inquiry to examine the UK’s preparedness and response to the Covid-19 pandemic, and to learn lessons for the future. The Inquiry has been established under the Inquiries Act 2005. This means that the Chair will have the power to compel the production of documents and call witnesses to give evidence on oath.
