UK Covid-19 Inquiry
Maddie Lewis Hughes is currently working as a Hearings Manager and Witness Lead at the UK Covid-19 Inquiry. Prior to this role, Maddie worked as an Operations Coordinator and Transport Logistics Coordinator at Oxford Royale Academy. Before that, Maddie was a Medical Receptionist at CHURCH STREET PRACTICE WANTAGE LIMITED during the COVID-19 vaccination roll-out. Additionally, Maddie gained experience as a Shop Assistant at Coleman and Coleman and as a Cover Supervisor at King Alfred's Academy. Maddie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Near and Middle Eastern Studies from the University of Leeds.

UK Covid-19 Inquiry
This is the independent public inquiry to examine the UK’s preparedness and response to the Covid-19 pandemic, and to learn lessons for the future. The Inquiry has been established under the Inquiries Act 2005. This means that the Chair will have the power to compel the production of documents and call witnesses to give evidence on oath.
