Mark R. is an experienced video producer and creative professional currently serving as Senior Video Producer at the UK Covid-19 Inquiry since May 2023. Prior to this role, Mark R. was a Partner and Head of Production at Global Fire Creative from April 2011 to April 2023, where responsibilities included guiding a team to achieve creative excellence and managing various aspects of video production for diverse clients. Earlier in the career, Mark R. worked as a HOPE Project Worker at HOPE Portsmouth, assisting children and families in need while also providing video production tutoring to those under 18. Mark R. holds a BA (Hons) in Film Studies from the University of Portsmouth, earned between 2005 and 2008.

UK Covid-19 Inquiry
This is the independent public inquiry to examine the UK’s preparedness and response to the Covid-19 pandemic, and to learn lessons for the future. The Inquiry has been established under the Inquiries Act 2005. This means that the Chair will have the power to compel the production of documents and call witnesses to give evidence on oath.
