Ruksana Mannan has a diverse background in project management, public service, and research analysis. Currently, Ruksana is the Head of Planning at the UK Covid-19 Inquiry, bringing expertise from previous roles as a PMO Manager at the Undercover Policing Inquiry and as a Senior PMO Analyst at Defra. With experience in areas such as serious crime reduction, sustainable travel, and government property transformation, Ruksana has demonstrated a strong track record in governance and program support. Ruksana's education includes a Master's Degree in Public Leadership and Management from the University of Warwick, further complementing their professional experience.

UK Covid-19 Inquiry
This is the independent public inquiry to examine the UK’s preparedness and response to the Covid-19 pandemic, and to learn lessons for the future. The Inquiry has been established under the Inquiries Act 2005. This means that the Chair will have the power to compel the production of documents and call witnesses to give evidence on oath.
