Andrew Ballheimer

Andrew Ballheimer is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in governance and advisory roles. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors at UK Government Investments and Factor, as well as Chair of the M&A Global Advisory Board at Aon, Andrew has also been involved with Moorfields Eye Charity as a Member of the Fundraising Committee since 2019. Previous roles include Senior Advisor at Teneo and Commissioner for the UK Trade and Business Commission. Andrew's background in corporate law is reinforced by a long tenure at Allen & Overy, where Andrew held positions including Global Managing Partner and Global Co-Head of Corporate. Andrew holds an MA in Law from the University of Cambridge.
