Jeff Lynn

Jeff Lynn has extensive experience in IT infrastructure management and leadership, currently serving as the Manager of Infrastructure Services at the University of Kentucky HealthCare since October 2001. In this role, Jeff oversees IT infrastructure services across three data centers, leading a team of twenty engineers to ensure high-quality care through effective IT operations and service availability. Prior to this position, Jeff held various technical roles, including Citrix Engineer III and Windows Server Engineer Senior, where responsibilities included resource management and collaboration with healthcare stakeholders. Jeff's earlier career includes significant service in the US Navy as a Cryptology Technician and Chief Warrant Officer, focusing on electronic intelligence and information warfare. Jeff's technical expertise was further developed at Scientific & Engineering Solutions as a Solaris System Administrator supporting the National Security Agency. Jeff holds a Bachelor's degree in ICT with a focus on Technology Management from the University of Kentucky.
