Mandi Martin, DNP, RN, NE-BC has a range of experience in the healthcare industry. Mandi began their career at UK HealthCare in 2009 as a Registered Nurse and worked in that role until 2012. From 2012 to 2013, they served as a Divisional Charge Nurse, and then transitioned to an Assistant Patient Care Manager from 2013 to 2018. In their most recent role at UK HealthCare, they have been the Patient Care Manager since 2018. In this position, they have managed a team of 70 staff members, overseeing hiring, evaluations, and resource management. Mandi has also been responsible for maintaining the annual operating expense and revenue, addressing customer service issues, and leading various quality improvement projects. In addition to their work at UK HealthCare, Mandi also served as a Clinical Faculty at the University of Kentucky from 2017 to 2018.
Mandi Martin, DNP, RN, NE-BC completed their education history with a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree in Nursing Administration from Northern Kentucky University in 2016. Prior to that, they obtained their Master's degree in Nursing Administration from the same university in 2014. In 2009, they received their Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Eastern Kentucky University. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Nurse Executive (NE-BC) from the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
