R. Brett Short

R. Brett Short, CHC, CHPC, CHRC, serves as the Chief Compliance Officer at UK HealthCare since 1999, overseeing compliance activities for the University of Kentucky's Medical Center. R. Brett Short is also a Board Member for the Health Care Compliance Association and the Compliance Certification Board, and holds an Adjunct Faculty position at Arizona State University since May 2023. Additionally, R. Brett Short is an Audit and Compliance Committee Member at UC Health, providing external compliance expertise, and has previously served on the Advisory Board for Wolters Kluwer. R. Brett Short's earlier roles include co-chairing the Compliance Workgroup at the Kentucky Hospital Association and acting as the Director of Clinical Affairs at the University of Kentucky's College of Dentistry.
