Sumati Kapoor

Sumati Kapoor, CIH, PMP has extensive work experience in various roles, primarily in healthcare and safety. They are currently working at UK HealthCare as the Clinical Operations Director, overseeing the integration of operations and managing patient experience. Prior to this, they worked as the Operations Integration Director and Patient Experience Manager at the same organization. Sumati's experience also includes working as the Performance Improvement Coordinator (Safety) at the University of Kentucky and as an Environmental Health Safety specialist at Great River Health System. They started their career as a Product Stewardship and IH Intern at DuPont and as a Safety Intern at UV Color, Inc. Sumati holds a Bachelor's degree and has served as a Research Assistant at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.

Sumati Kapoor, CIH, PMP holds a Master's degree in Environmental Science from the University of Minnesota, earned from 2001 to 2004. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur between 1996 and 1999.
