Roxana Simon-Loeys

Roxana Simon-Loeys currently serves as the Director of Banking and Investments at the UK Infrastructure Bank, focusing on infrastructure finance to address climate change and support economic growth in the UK. Prior to this role, Roxana was the Head of Project Finance at CWP Global and spent eight years as a Principal Banker in the Energy Europe team at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, managing diverse transactions across the energy sector in Europe and Turkey. Roxana holds a Master’s degree in Finance from London Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Academia de Studii Economice din București. With over fifteen years of experience in project finance, corporate lending, and equity investments, Roxana possesses deep expertise in the energy sector.
