Shelley de Souza

Shelley De Souza is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Director of Banking and Investments at UK Infrastructure Bank since December 2022, focusing on project finance transactions across clean energy, transport, digital, water, and waste sectors. Prior to this role, Shelley spent over 14 years at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation in positions including Director of Infrastructure and Manager of Project Finance Syndications, leading deals in social infrastructure and underwriting project finance transactions.
