Neil Diaz

Neil Diaz is an experienced soccer professional with a robust background in sales, operations, and youth soccer development. Currently serving as the National Sales and Operations Manager for UK International Soccer since October 2017, Neil also acts as a Soccer League Consultant for OV Toros FC and South San Jose YSL. Previously, Neil held the position of Director of Soccer at Almaden FC from 2007 to 2016, overseeing operations for a youth club with 1,700 players and developing various player programs. Neil's earlier roles include serving as Principal at 360 Soccer Training and working in youth soccer with San Jose Earthquakes Soccer and as Regional Manager for MLS Camps. Neil holds a PGCE in Physical Education from the University of Wales, Cardiff.
