Carl Kent

Carl Kent possesses extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as Operations Manager for both UK Mail and DHL Parcel since August 2015. Prior to this, Carl held the role of Implementation Manager at City Link from November 1993 to July 2015, where responsibilities included the development of a standardized operating model across the network and managing logistics operations involving large teams. Additionally, Carl has a background in implementing new systems and tools to enhance operational efficiency through extensive travel for training and documentation purposes. Education was completed at Darlaston Comprehensive.
