Aaron Janes

Aaron Janes has a diverse work experience in the energy industry. Aaron started their career as an Apprentice Cable Jointer at London Electricity, where they gained skills in substation fitting and panel wiring. Aaron then joined EDF Energy as a Multi Skilled Jointer/Fitter, specializing in various jointing techniques and substation fit-outs. Aaron later became a Field Engineer at EDF Energy, managing new connection projects and developing project management and customer liaison skills. Aaron currently works at UK Power Networks as a Lead Field Engineer, overseeing the delivery of new connection projects in South London and leading a team of engineers.

Aaron Janes has a diverse education history. Aaron obtained a Level 7 diploma in Leadership and management from the Chartered Management Institute, which they completed in 2022. Prior to that, they pursued an MSc in Leadership and management from Aston University, which they completed in 2021.
